1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Chatifly's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Chatifly provides AI-powered WhatsApp chatbot services for businesses. We build, deploy, and maintain custom WhatsApp bots on behalf of our clients on a monthly subscription basis.

3. Subscription and Billing

Services are billed on a monthly basis. Your subscription fee is agreed upon during onboarding and is based on your business size and expected message volume.

• Billing occurs on the same date each month
• All payments are processed securely via Paddle
• Prices are quoted in USD for international clients and PKR for Pakistani clients
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us via WhatsApp or email. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Chatifly's services to:

• Send spam or unsolicited messages
• Engage in illegal activities
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Violate WhatsApp's Terms of Service

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary downtime.

7. Limitation of Liability

Chatifly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the last 30 days.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
