Refund Policy

1. General Policy

All subscription fees paid to Chatifly are non-refundable. When you subscribe to our service, you are paying for the setup, maintenance, and operation of a custom AI WhatsApp bot built specifically for your business.

2. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

• Your bot will remain active until the end of the current billing period
• No charges will be made after the cancellation date
• No refund will be issued for the remaining days of the current period

3. Exceptions

We will consider refunds in the following exceptional circumstances:

• You were charged twice for the same billing period (billing error)
• The service was completely non-functional for more than 7 consecutive days due to our fault

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge in question.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us via WhatsApp or email at shahzaibkhan44567@gmail.com with your business name and reason for the request. We will respond within 2 business days.
