• Build and maintain your WhatsApp bot
• Process monthly subscription payments
• Improve our services and fix issues
• Communicate with you about your subscription

3. Data Storage

Conversation logs and appointment data are stored securely on your dedicated bot server. We do not sell or share your data or your customers' data with any third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Paddle — payment processing
• OpenAI — AI responses (conversations are processed but not stored by OpenAI)
• WhatsApp — message delivery

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your subscription is active. Upon cancellation, your data is deleted within 30 days upon request.
